Your Skating Session lasts for 45 minutes (Penguin Sessions for children aged 7 years or under lasts 30
minutes) and the price of your ticket includes the hire of a pair of skates which are available up to adult size 15.

Peak skating times are all day Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Off Peak times are all day Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
We strongly recommend that you book your session in advance to avoid disappointment. You can book by phoning 0141 353 8000, online or in person at our Box Offices at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, City Halls or in George Square. A transaction free of £1 for online bookings and £1.50 for phone bookings apply.
*A letter or card of entitlement must be presented at the Box Office to claim these special rates.
Age Limits for Children - Children under 5 are not permitted to skate during regular sessions.
- If your child is 4 or under, they must skate during a dedicated penguin session.
- The maximum age for children attending a penguin session is 7 years of age.
- If your child is 5 years or over they are permitted to skate in any session if accompanied by an adult.
- All children 8 years and under must be accompanied by an adult on the Ice Rink.

Group Bookings
If you are purchasing for a group visit, when you buy ten tickets or more get one ticket free! Simply mention this when booking over the phone or in person.
Please note you can only purchase a maximum of ten tickets online. To book more tickets call our ticket hotline number on 0141 353 8000.
Refunds
While the ice rink will remain open in rainy conditions, should we have to close due to severe weather, we can either offer an alternative skating session or give a refund of the ticket price. We cannot refund tickets unless the ice rink has been closed.
